Dark Night of the Soul - Trauma Support Elixir

$28.00

May you always be able to see the stars, no matter how dark the night.

This potent yet gentle elixir is packed with supportive herbs like Motherwort, Hawthorn and Western Pasque Flower to support you while moving through the difficult pathways of physical, spiritual and emotional trauma. It can be used while actively in the situation or while working through processing past experiences. Motherwort and milky oats are soothing and calming to the nervous system, helping to gently uplift the mood and nourish the body. Hawthorn is loved for her affect on the cardiovascular system and for her spiritual support when it comes to making and maintaining boundaries. Scott Kloos writes that “hawthorn’s cooling nature helps to calm the nervous system and reduce anxiety, agitation, excitability and agitation”. Coastal (aka Western) Mugwort helps to support any funky digestion that is happening, while also helping to transform areas of psychic unconsciousness and provides a spiritual barrier.

The last plant added is one of my favorites. Foraged from an incredible meadow in the Cascades, Western Pasque Flower is indicated for those suffering from panic attacks, rapidly changing thoughts, overstimulated nerves and those stuck in the muddy waters of an overactive brain. It’s added in a low dose to provide the maximum support to your mind!
