Due to the nature of small batch herbal items, we do not allow refunds unless an item is defective or we have made a mistake. If there was an issue made on our behalf, please email us with a photo within 5 days of receiving the item/package, to sia@folkandfireshop.com. For hygienic purposes, we cannot accept returns. 

Please note that we cannot provide refunds for any circumstances such as: reaction or irritation to an item, contraindications or incompatibility, so please purchase intentionally. We include extensive information on all ingredients in our offerings and are more than happy to answer any questions via email. So please, read the ingredients list carefully, consult a health practitioner prior to use, and conduct skin patch tests prior to use all over. Please note that we make no claims to our offerings as it relates to conditions, illnesses disease, or cures.
